Food Security - Better Food - Healthier Food - Water Security - Power Security
This site is dedicated to the encouragement and growth of the Urban Farming movement, a return to home food production in backyards and community plots, and a return to the deep pleasure, satisfaction and connectiveness that comes from participating in life at a fundamental level. By growing your own food, including eggs, chickens and more you can choose what varieties you want to eat, be independent. In a world overrun by Genetically Modified Foods it just makes sense. As well collect your own chemical free water and generate your own green power.
Be Organic, Buy Organic and Grow Organic.
Not forgetting of course, the other very important·environmental, economic, and resource benefits (see more on our pages About Urban Farming, Food Miles, Taking Responsibility, Animal·Cruelty, What are the Choices).
"Until you become a producer and cease being a consumer you will remain a prisoner of the corporations and be forced to follow their lead"
Within this site you will find articles and news, inspiration and hope, resources and ideas. It is our own personal goal, to begin by inspiring as many new urban gardeners as possible.
